This place combines traditional Vietnamese dishes with a Japanese take on health food. Everything here is naturally made, including their fermented soy sauce. People who like Bảo An tend to love it and eat there regularly.

Chay Corner is owned and operated by a single proprietor who takes pride in her signature dish, fresh rice and tapioca dumplings. They’re served up warm, stuffed with fresh cooked vegetables like carrots and mushrooms, either in broth or a sweet and tangy sauce. She always brings them to you with a smile on her face and curious enthusiasm and willingness to chat and share her experience.
